Delivery & Returns Delivery & Returns

Delivery

Any orders placed before Midday will be processed the same day where possible.  We aim to ship your order within 24 hours of receipt.  We ship within the UK, to Europe and the USA.   You can contact us to discuss delivery methods or track an order at contact@cagesideclothing.co.uk.   If you need to receive your order by a certain day and time, please contact us and we will be happy to give you a price to deliver the item to suit your needs.

UK Mainland

FREE as standard.  Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery and will usually arrive within 1-3 working days from the date you place your order.  Please allow up to 7 days, for any unforeseen circumstances.  Recorded delivery items will arrive with your normal post but require a signature. Please make sure you are available to sign for your delivery.  If no person is available to sign for your delivery a card will be posted informing you that a delivery attempt was made, it is deemed to be your responsibility to contact/collect from the courier in question. 

Republic of Ireland and Europe:

£9.99 as standard.  On orders weighing over 3kg in total an International/Offshore Heavy Delivery Order Delivery Surplus may apply.  (See section below).  Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail Airsure Delivery and will usually arrive within 3 - 7 working days from the date you place your order.  Royal Mail Airsure tracks your order electronically to the point of delivery, but items delivered by this method will NOT require a signature.  Please contact us if you wish us to track the progress of your order.  Although your items receive priority treatment, the Airsure service does not guarantee delivery times. Please contact us for pricing if you live in Hawaii or Alaska.

USA:

£12.99 as standard.  On orders weighing over 3kg in total an International/Offshore Heavy Delivery Order Delivery Surplus may apply.  (See section below).  Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail Airsure Delivery and will usually arrive from 3 - 7 working days from the date you place your order.  Royal Mail Airsure tracks your order electronically to the point of delivery, but items delivered by this method will NOT require a signature.  Please contact us if you wish us to track the progress of your order.  Although your items receive priority treatment, the Airsure service does not guarantee delivery times.

International Heavy Order Delivery Surplus applying to International and Offshore UK addresses only

If your order weighs more than 3kg, and is being dispatched to a UK offshore address or internationally, we may need to apply a delivery surplus.  If you are unsure as to whether your order will be over 3kg, please contact us before processing your order.  In the event that we need to add an unforeseen surplus charge to you order, we will contact you to discuss delivery options and agree a surplus charge.  You will have the option to cancel your order at any time if you do not wish to pay a surplus delivery charge.

Returns.

Faulty or Damaged Goods/ Errors with the Order

Should there be an error with your order or we send a faulty or damaged item, we require that you notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt.  We will exchange the item for an undamaged replacement or the correct product, or refund the cost of the item if the product in question is not available.  You will not be charged for the return postage or the replacement postage in this case, providing you return the item via the method we agree upon.  Whilst in your care, the parcel is deemed your responsibility. If you were to lose, use or give away that parcel we would not provide a replacement. Once we have received the returned item back from you, we will dispatch the new and corrected order the next working day where possible.

Returns

In the unlikely situation that you wish to return your goods under the Distance Selling Regulations, we will accept the return of goods sent back to us within 7 days of receipt. Details of where to send the goods back to our outlined below.  If the unwanted item/items are returned in their original condition including the packaging and tags, we will refund you any money which you have paid us for those items, or offer you an alternative product of similar value as a replacement if required. You will be responsible for the payment of the return postage of the unwanted goods and our original postage costs to you where applicable.  We are not able to accept the return of opened and/or part used goods.

Please contact us first to let us know if a product is being returned. We recommend that any returns are sent by recorded delivery to ensure safe receipt. We will not take responsibility for returned items if they are lost in the post.  If an order is returned to us because no one has been at the shipping address to receive the item/items and no other arrangement has been made between the customer and the couriers, the item will be refunded minus the cost of the delivery and the return delivery back to us.  If the customer has refused delivery (with no error on our part) and the item is returned to us, the customer is liable for the cost of the delivery and the return delivery back to us.  Refusal of correct deliveries is deemed to be breaking our terms and conditions unless there is a mistake with the order or the order has been damaged in transit.  No refunds can be given until the returned goods have been safely received back by us.
